Applying to Pioneer School Rwanda is simple and straightforward. Follow these three easy steps to begin your child's educational journey with us.
Submit Application
Fill out our online application form or visit the school in person to obtain a paper application form. Provide all required student and parent information.
Document Review
Our admissions team reviews your application and supporting documents. We may contact you for additional information or to schedule a visit.
Enrollment Confirmation
Once accepted, complete the enrollment process by paying the required fees and submitting any remaining documents. Welcome to Pioneer!

Additional Fee Information
- Registration Fee: 5,000 RWF (Pre-Primary & Primary) / 10,000 RWF (Secondary)
- Sibling Discount: 10% discount on tuition for the second child and subsequent siblings
- Boarding Fee: Includes accommodation, meals, and supervision for boarding students
- Lunch Fee: Applicable to day scholars who take lunch at school
